A Wacky Circle

The circle in the animation circumscribes the triangle ABC.

As the point A gets closer to the line CB, the circle increases in radius and as A crosses CB, the circle "flips".

When the point A lies exactly on the line CB, the circle has infinite radius and infinite circumference.
